On the itinerary was a visit to see the National Stadium aka "Bird's Nest". It's a construction n design marvel.....
Guarded like a national treasure like it should be.
The stadium has also garnered an international following...
It should....it makes me even proud just to be standing at the site as it gives me at least, a sense of Asian pride that our part of the world can make the entire planet stand up n watch in amazement.
