It's close to the Chinese New Year and it's fitting to pay a visit to a country that has given me many fond memories. It's a city that basically reinvents itself to stay ahead of the curve. That's basically a fact of life and time waits for no man. So to be relevant one has to constantly adapt and shift to the changes in society, culture, politics and yes, ....fashion.
Met up with some friends there and KP was great to have hosted us. We were having a great time discussing on all things and I must say he is certainly always thinking ahead. Nice to have caught up with u again.
Despite what you may have heard, HK still serve the BEST Char Siew (BBQ Pork) in the world. Period.Ed.
