Back to the future
When the 2nd part of the movie "Back to the future" was released, many tongues were wagging for the futuristic toys that were played in the movie. Aside from the hoverboard that made skipping over obstacles a piece of cake, the pair of self lacing Nike hi-tops nickamed Air McFly was THE wet dream of sneaker heads. While the pair did not materialize commercially, Nike has carefully played it's cards and here comes the NIKE HYPERDUNK.
What many do not know is the Nike Hyperdunk itself is inspired by the Air McFly, while it does not feature the self lacing automation, the pair consists of 2015 stamped on the tongue, speckled outsole, and a overall color-way that was inspired by the original Air McFly.

Nike Air Max 90 - K.O.T.M
Here's the latest Nike Quickstrike model that has arrived in the mold of the Air Max 90 but with a classic twist. The colorway is reminiscent of the classic Air Mowabb that was a hit!! This Air Max 90 pays tribute to the classic pair but have added some twists of it's own; like the cracked leather and the heel that says "KING OF THE MOUNTAIN". There's also a graphic on the lower part of the outsole which u can discover for yourselves when u hold it up in the air to proclaim the KING.
The pair will drop exclusively at Sole What?

Nike AF-1 "Neon"
Nike has embarked on projects that embraced the highly successful icons from it's archives of notable timeless classics. This sweet pair of AF-1 takes it's inspiration from the unforgettable Air Max '95 "Neon". The color of the upper is unmistakably that of the Air Max '95, the sole makes use of an Air Max heel, the back tab is reflective 3M, and the tongue is made of the same materials of the Air Max '95 tongue.
The pair has hit our shores and is now available in-store!

Happy Sneaker Freakers
It was the day of the launch of the 2nd Sneaker Freaker x Blaze of Glory. What a day it was as peeps came from far and away & as early as 7am for a pair of this super Freakingly wonderful pair of Puma. It was never known that Puma would ever cause such a stir in the local sneaker scene. The 1st was a hit & some have said it was a fluke but to have it happen a 2nd time....well....it goes to show that the Malaysian Sneaker Heads are showing a maturing taste for sneaker palettes & they truly know a great pair that just can't be missed.
Once again thanks to PUMA & Sneaker Freaker. The peeps love u here!
The allocation was SOLD OUT quicker than u can spell S-N-E-A-K-E-R F-R-E-A-K-E-R!!!
Once again thanks to PUMA & Sneaker Freaker. The peeps love u here!

Vans @ Sole What?
Dear Customers, Friends and Associates,
We have many people asking us whenever they visit us, where are the Vans collection? and very often the conversation ends with aren't you guys an Official Stockist?
Here is our official reply:
Everything is fine on our side. We have been committed since day ONE to be an Official Stockist and with that we have made an official stand to be with our Business Partners.
The problem stems from the inside of the local Vans distributor. Promises have been made to us and it seems somebody (no name/s mentioned) has a HUGE problem in keeping them.
Our orders dating back to Autumn/Winter '07 have been mysteriously canceled without prior consultation with us. However, the mysteriously canceled products were then re-offered to us in Spring/Summer '08 at current market prices. Kindly note that we at Sole What? are not here to offer past season products to our customers & friends at current prices. It makes no sense to us as we are here to offer the latest product offerings at recommended retail prices, for us to offer last season's offerings at current prices would be cheating our customers & friends.
The working ethics of the Vans distributor in Malaysia is highly questionable and we are very sure that VANS INTERNATIONAL are not vary of this situation and at the same time we are sure it's not in their interest as well.
As such, we will now adopt a HOLD approach on Vans until the local distributor get their act together. If VANS INTERNATIONAL would prefer to directly deal with us, you know how to reach us.
Lastly, be rest assured that Sole What? will continue to offer the other latest offering from our other brands and WE WILL NOT stock past season items so that we can sleep well at night and our customers have total assurance when they make a purchase from us.
Thank you.

NB1500 x Provider Launch
It was a cosy affair over at Sole What? for the special launch of the NB1500 x Provider. The launch was made even more special with the fact that heads who been rather quiet recently have made their way for this special pair. Guess these true sneaker heads truly know a good pair when they see one.
We apologize for the small allocation that was made available to us and to make it as fair as possible, we used a ballot system.
To those that did manage to cop a pair, cherish & wear 'em with love.
Special shout out to the Komodo Ninja Crew for coming to the launch.
Thank you NB SEA, Provider and the local NB guys for the support once again.
