adidas x FTC
Big ups to FTC in making this collaboration with adidas happen. This project pays tribute to San Francisco’s 1990’s Embarcadero skate scene and the authentic heritage that both adidas and FTC holds true to.

DJ KK in da house
It was great to have 98.8 FM resident DJ KK in da house today. He was sharing his thoughts on how he has to travel overseas to cop cool tees and sneakers in the past. Well...all that is in the past coz now that he has discovered Sole What he will be spending more time in da house selecting the wide arrray of exclusive sneakers and tees without having to even step out of the country.
Cheers and rock the pair of NBA Blazers and staple tees with pride ya!!!

Nike 706 - The LeBron Six Experience
Nike and Nike China created the LeBron Six Experience Center at its Nike 706 event space in Beijing.
The centerpiece, or rather centerpieces, of the exhibition are the 6 mammoth pillars that dominate the space. Adorned in black and dark red colorways, as with the recently release Nike Zoom LeBron Six sneaker. Each represents the 6 core elements - pass, dunk, drive, steal, fade away, and draw, to LeBron’s uncanny performance on the basketball court. One special feature of the space, with a flick of the switch, all 6 pillars will retract into Nike 706 ceiling, revealing a full size basketball court. During the duration of the exhibit, Nike will host a series of 5 on 5 games with players from local schools.
Nike 706
798 Factory, No. 2 Jiu Xian Quao Road
Beijing, China
Exhibition Date: December 1st (Monday) - February 28th, 2009
Hit up the experience if you happen to be in Beijing during that time.

Lightning Bolt
“He was joking on the starting blocks.
He reacted last to the gun.
He ran against the wind.
He didn’t tie his PUMAs.
He jogged over the finish line.
He broke the world record.
And then he danced.
And reminded us that

And reminded us that
Being the best should be fun.”
What a simple and great ad and especially the part about being the BEST should be fun. He outshone an otherwise dull and uninteresting track and field event. Heck, he was even given a hard time by the media for "extended" celebration after winning at the Beijing Olympics. But seriously....untied shoes, 28mph and eliminated the world record! Front that.

Kanye West glowin' in Singapore
Singapore hosted the Kanye West "Glow in the dark" concert recently. I was invited by my friends down south to attend the concert right at the front. It was a much better show than the one he had in KL a year ago. The turnout was good and most importantly we were in great company thus making a difference. Many familiar faces were in attendance and you guys know who you are.
Cheers again to Anthony, Kevin, Wilfred and Nigel. It was great catching up again.
