Sole What 1st Anniversary event pics

From all of us at Sole What?, we would like to thank all of you that made it out of their way on a wet and jammed Friday evening in spending our anniversary celebration with us. It has been an honor for us to be able to be the exclusive peddler of rare and sought after sneakers for the heads in Malaysia. It's been a fantastic year for sneaker heads and we will promise to work even harder in bringing more heat to town.

For all our partners, a very big thank you, for without all the support that you have given us we will never be able to achieve what we have. It's our pleasure to be able to work hand in hand and sometimes, it is HARD work but I'm sure all of you can feel a sense of achievement when things happen to turn out just right!!! Let's move up a gear and make 2009 an even bigger year!!!

Off Off Bowery

Under the creative direction of Aaron Bondaroff and Jen Brill, the Off Off Bowery exhibition will be presented at the colette gallery in Paris. With a supreme compilation of artists and works, the duo present a show certain to garner much attention. Off Off Bowery is set to open September 29th until November 1st, 2008.


In what is a major hook-up, OBP have hooked up with the major streetwear labels in the US and Japan. The tees pack featuring Supreme & WTAPS will be launched at the exhibition in Paris followed by a worldwide release.

Puma x Santa Cruz

The Screaming Hand is perhaps the most iconic & legendary graphic to emerge from Skateboard culture over the last 30 years.

Created by Jim Phillips, legendary rock poster artist & art director for Santa Cruz skateboards from 1975-1990, this release is a tribute to Jim, friends at Santa Cruz and all the skaters that rocked PUMAs back in the day.

The FIRST ROUND HI features a blue nubuck upper with a glossy 3D screen-print highlighting the black line-work found on the Screaming Hand graphic. The heel has a molded silicon Screaming Hand graphic and the sockliner sports an enlarged version of the graphic. Other features include pearlized patent formstrip & collar, blood and veins leather lining, embroided Santa Cruz logo on the tongue & 4 choices of lace option.

NB576 China Mask Ver 2.0

After the monumental launch of the NB CHINA MASK at Sole What? recently, there is a take-down version which consist of three colorways. The NB576 Ver 2.0 consist of the Green, Red & Orange colorways and are now up for grabs in-store.

Nike Infrared Launch

The 20th of September 2008 was the date of the launch and it's wonderful to see the overwhelming response to this pair. Some came as early at 7.30am just make sure that they are one of the first in line. Such great enthusiasm is truly heartwarming & it goes to show that sneaker culture in Malaysia is still going strong!!!

The stock sold out on the same day & those that manage to cop a pair, the keyword as usual is "Rock with Pride"!!!

We appreciate all of your support and we look forward to be able to bring in more bigger & better stuff to all you guys in the near future.

Sole What 1st Anniversary

The past year have zipped by so quickly, and all of us at Sole What? would like to celebrate our 1st anniversary with all of you.

At the event, we will showcase the Spring ‘09 preview of kicks from adidas, Lacoste, New Balance, Nike, Onitsuka Tiger, Reebok, and Vans.

We will also be officially launching Sneaker Freaker issue 13, at a very special price only on the nite.

The other great part is that we also have a SUPERB Lucky Draw where many many pairs of kicks will be given away FREE!!!

Refreshments will be served accompanied by great flowing tunes all nite!!!
